While I was able to fully adapt to distance learning amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, there’s still one large hurdle I have to jump over every now and then, and that is in the form of grocery shopping. Not only do I have to try my hardest not to get sick, given that I live with two immunosuppressed breast cancer survivors, but all the panic buying of toilet paper and other essentials have forced all stores to place ridiculously-tight limits on almost every item in stock.
